1. About these terms
By creating an account or booking on FLEXPADI you agree to these terms. FLEXPADI is a marketplace that connects customers with independent providers; we are not the provider of the services booked.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts. Accounts found to be under age or using false identity documents are removed.
3. Bookings
A booking is confirmed once payment is authorised. Booking details, times and pricing shown at checkout form the agreement between you and the provider.
4. Payments and escrow
Wallet payments are held in escrow and released to the provider after the service is marked complete. FLEXPADI charges a platform service fee of 8% shown at checkout.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations more than 24 hours before the start time are refunded in full to your wallet. Within 24 hours, the provider may retain up to 50%. No-shows by the provider are refunded in full.
6. Provider obligations
Providers must be verified, describe their service accurately, honour confirmed bookings, keep pricing and availability current, and comply with Nigerian law.
7. Prohibited conduct
FLEXPADI supports legitimate social, hospitality, travel and lifestyle services only. Solicitation of sexual services, harassment, discrimination, off-platform payment requests, and fraudulent listings are strictly prohibited and result in permanent removal.
8. Reviews
Reviews must reflect a real booking. We may hide reviews that are abusive, fake or contain personal data.
9. Disputes
Raise a dispute from Trips within 48 hours of the service. Escrowed funds are held while our team reviews evidence from both sides and issues a resolution.
10. Liability
FLEXPADI is not liable for the acts of independent providers or customers. Our liability is limited to the value of the affected booking.
11. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in-app. Continued use means acceptance.
